About this policy

Ardo Oy, Finland, provides MoveSensei Tennis, Street Basketball and MoveSensei Lab. This policy covers the current free, ad-free releases of these three apps and explains how their information is handled. It does not cover other MoveSensei products with different features or data practices.

Using the apps

You do not need an account. The apps use supplied character animations and perform gameplay or movement calculations on your device. None of these apps sends your gameplay results, movement calculations or locally saved profile settings to Ardo Oy.

MoveSensei Tennis

Technique Analysis uses a reference character with model dimensions of 175 cm and 75 kg. These values are part of the simulation and do not measure your body. Preferences, including sound settings, are stored locally.

MoveSensei Lab

You can choose an athlete model’s height, weight and body type to explore their effect on movement calculations. The selected height, weight and body-model choice are saved locally on your device. You can use fictional or reference values; entering your own measurements is optional.

The educational displays use animated characters, movement targets and calculated values. They do not measure your own movement.

Camera, microphone and recordings

These releases do not record you, access your camera or microphone, or analyse your own photographs or videos. Video-based movement analysis is not included in these releases.

Advertising and online services

The covered releases contain no advertisements or advertising tracking. Unity Analytics and cloud crash reporting are disabled. Account sign-in, online leaderboards, club membership and in-app purchases are not offered in these releases.

Local storage and deletion

Local preferences or information saved by an older version may remain after an update. You can delete local app data using your device’s storage controls or by removing the app together with its data. Offloading an app can leave its data intact. Device backups may retain copies according to your backup settings. Ardo Oy cannot reach into your device to retrieve or erase this locally stored information.

Contacting support

An email to us contains your address and whatever details you include. Ardo Oy uses that correspondence to answer your question and provide support, relying on its legitimate interest in handling enquiries. Our email provider handles the messages on our behalf. We retain correspondence for the enquiry, necessary follow-up and applicable legal obligations. Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive information.

We do not sell personal information or provide it to advertisers. Support information may be processed by our service providers or disclosed when legally required.

App stores and our website

Apple and Google operate their own download, account and platform services. Their handling of information is governed by their respective privacy policies:

Opening this privacy-policy link takes you to our website. Website hosting, cookies and any website services are separate from the apps and are covered by the website’s own notices. Website cookie choices do not activate advertising tracking in these apps.

Your data-protection rights

If we hold personal information about you, you may request access to it or correction of inaccurate details. Where the legal conditions apply, you may also request deletion, restriction or portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send requests to the email address below. You can also complain to a data-protection authority, including Finland’s Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.

Children

Children can use the covered releases without creating an account or submitting information to Ardo Oy. If a child sends personal information to our support service, contact us so that we can review the situation and arrange deletion where appropriate.

Policy updates

If the apps’ data practices change, we will revise this page and its update date. Features in later releases may have different privacy implications and will be described when introduced.
